も不依何品御注文被 仰付度奉存候
一先年「リユス」国え漂流之日本人蝦夷地え連渡候砌格別
御手厚き御扱被 仰付候段其節蝦夷地へ罷越候

爾等に諭すむねを承諾して長崎に至らんとせは
抑切支丹の教は我国の大禁なり其儀におよひ候

一、先年ロシア国へ漂流した日本人を蝦夷地へ連れて渡しました折、格別に
手厚いお取り扱いをお申し付けくださいました段、その節蝦夷地へ参りました
役方の者「ラクスマン」が帰国の上、詳しく報告いたしました。
御国の恵み、ありがたく存じ上げております。

ロシア国の船一艘が長崎に至るための印
お前たちに告げる趣旨を承諾して長崎に至ろうとするならば
そもそもキリシタンの教えは我が国の大禁である。その件に及ぶような
器物や書冊等をも持ち渡ってはならない。必ず害されることがあろう。

この趣旨をよく理解させて長崎に至り、この子細を告訴すべし。なお研
究して上陸をも許すべきである。そのためにこの一帳を与える
ことは当然である。

generous treatment. The official
"Laxman" who went to Ezo territory at that time reported [this] in detail
upon returning to [our] country. [We] are deeply grateful for Your Country's benevolence.

A sign for one Russian ship to reach Nagasaki
If you accept what [we] proclaim to you and seek to reach Nagasaki,
[know that] Christianity is strictly forbidden in our country. [You] must not
bring any implements, books, etc. related to such matters, [or you] will surely be harmed.
