地にて振替の訳などがあるか、よく調査し、寄地などにて四方の田地を調査し、格別畝が広い件もあるならば、畦畔を築き直すよう申し付けること。
一、井代・道代の件については、
御拝地の後、追々引方（土地の召し上げ）を仰せ付けられる分について、場所を見分の上、相違なければ、畝引の御水帳写しへ脇書きすること。もっとも場所により井代・道代共に振替地になった畑は引方を下げる訳もあるので、年来続いているため、この節は引方の必要がない件もあるだろうが、詮議すること。
一、悪所（不良地）の用捨の件については、場所を見分して手入れにて直る場所は、普請の手当・趣法を考えること。
ただし地面が格別悪所でもなければ、当年より引方を引き上げ、立毛の上で年検見に相願するよう申し渡すこと。四五年も調査した上で、いよいよ悪所と決まれば、免下（税率引き下げ）又は下下免にも申し付けること。
一、かえって引方の田畑共に場所が不分明であれば、引き上げるべきこと。
