一原畑山畑抔作毛不宜場所荒置候歟又ㇵ
林抔立置候ㇵヽ早速切払申付如元開発可致
可被申付候乍併分不足ニ而開発も出来兼候者
御年貢上納致候程ㇵ薬種又ㇵ場所二より草場
或ㇵ立木ニ而上納も無滞様可ヒ申付事
一田畑成之儀者見分之上無水ニ而致方無之年
来田畑成二相成来候場所畦切崩候様可被申
付候畦方数年二相成りとも其儘有之候ㇵヽ先一
旦引揚候申付年々立毛之上見分相願候筋二

一屋敷之義ㇵ屋敷請之外隠居免又者仰出
抔ニて末々屋敷叓不相願候分ㇵ新開地ニ而
竿受願為差出野手芝地抔ニ而縄相渡

一畑田成之義ㇵ村方二より水檮不足尓而古田
差障二も可相成候付訴無之場所も相聞候
此度改二付而ㇵ畑田成二申付萬一旱様年ㇵ畑
物仕付本田障り不相成様申付畑物仕付候年
ㇵ可訴出旨申渡可然候ケ様之場所ㇵ冬田江
水張置稲草も水少二而干成り之出来致稲
籾を撰し仕候様可ヒ申付事
現代語訳
上御林であれば、帰参の上申し聞かせるべきであるが、早速伐り払うよう申し付けるべし。
一、原畑・山畑などで作物の出来が良くない場所を荒れ置くか、又は林などを立て置いているならば、早速切り払いを申し付け、元の如く開発するよう申し付けるべきである。しかしながら、分不足にて開発も出来かねる者は、御年貢上納するほどの薬種又は場所により草場、或いは立木にて上納も滞りなきよう申し付けること。
一、田畑成の件については、見分の上、無水にて仕方なく、年来田畑成になってきた場所は、畦を切り崩すよう申し付けるべきである。畦方が数年になっても其のままであるならば、まず一旦引き上げを申し付け、年々立毛の上見分を相願う筋に取り計らうこと。
一、屋敷の件については、屋敷請の外、隠居免又は仰出などにて末々屋敷まで相願わない分は、新開地にて竿受願を差し出させ、野手・芝地などにて縄を渡すべきである。
もっとも口堅く引き下げること。
一、畑田成の件については、村方により水樋不足にて古田の差し障りにもなるため、訴えのない場所も相聞く。この度の改めに付いては、畑田成に申し付け、万一旱魃の年は畑物を仕付け、本田の障りにならぬよう申し付け、畑物を仕付けた年は訴え出るべき旨申し渡すのが然るべきである。このような場所は、冬田へ水を張り置き、稲草も水少なくて干上がりの出来を致し、稲籾を選別するよう申し付けること。

1. Regarding dry field conversion (hatake-ta-nari): Due to insufficient irrigation channels in villages, this may interfere with old rice fields, and we hear of places without complaints. For this current reform, order dry field conversion, and in case of drought years, order the planting of dry field crops so as not to interfere with main rice fields, and it would be appropriate to announce that complaints should be filed in years when dry field crops are planted. For such places, order that water be kept in winter fields, rice straw be dried with little water to achieve good drying, and rice grains be sorted.
