又其先断候ハヽ相通可申豆腐屋太田
屋万屋此三人者御出入御用之訳合ニ付

着用致居可申候
附御門ニ看板着用之節者中番矢
張可着用中番者此方掛りニ候間五節
句正月其外御規式之節者御門之通

一 万石以上
御大名様方御名呼上ケ可申候万石以下
御旗本様方ハ御名呼上ケニ不及候尤
御三家様方御附者御名呼上可申候
右之趣天保二卯年正月元日ゟ可相得
旨御物頭御月番安彦平左衛門様より
御沙汰有之候
一 御馬御門出入之儀者昼夜共御断
無之可相通候事
一 殿様御出之侭夜分ニ相成候ハヽ御広間
江申上御鍵下ケ置御帰次第御鍵納メ

一 奥女中断次第駕籠ニ而も可通事
其外迚も大目付様ゟ御断相廻候ハヽ
乗通し為致宜事
現代語訳
付け足し：諸商人が新規に入りたいと願い出たい場合は、在番が
請合い仲間に相談して人柄を見届け、一同が納得した
上で大目付様へ下目付中を通して
願い出ること。御聞き済み次第入れること。
下目付中へは御門常番から願い頼み
申すことである。
一、町人や諸商人が背負い荷や担ぎ物をして
誰様方へ通りたいと申し聞かせた場合は、御玄関前を
通らせる。元締方御用の品、御厩御用の品は、これ
またその旨断りがあれば通行させること。豆腐屋、太田
屋、万屋、この三人は御出入御用の理由により
担いで通ることを御免で通してきた《その他の者は相成らない》
一、五節句には黒木綿看板を着用し、殿様御出所にも
着用していること。
付け足し：御門に看板着用の節は中番も矢
張りを着用すること。中番はこちら掛りであるので五節
句、正月、その他御規式の節は御門の通り
法に従って着用すること。
一、万石以上の
御大名様方は御名を呼び上げること。万石以下の
御旗本様方は御名呼び上げに及ばない。もちろん
御三家様方の御付きの者は御名を呼び上げること。
右の趣旨は天保二卯年正月元日より得心すべき
旨、御物頭御月番安彦平左衛門様より
御沙汰があった。
一、御馬の御門出入りについては昼夜とも御断り
なく通行させること。
一、殿様御出のまま夜分になった場合は御広間
へ申し上げて御鍵を下げ置き、御帰り次第御鍵を納め
申すこと。
一、奥女中の断り次第、駕籠でも通すこと。
その他でも大目付様から御断りが回って来れば、
乗り通しをさせてよいこと。
