差上申一札之御事
一 他國出石切旅稼《割書：ニ》罷出候共細切銘細吟味仕
人別請人相立罷出申候尤御年貢御役儀等
無滞様《割書：ニ》可仕候御事
一 従 御公儀様被 仰付候御法度之儀者
不及申常々被 仰付候御仕置於先々
相背申間敷候此段堅相守候様に

差し上げ申す一札の御事
一、他国出石切旅稼ぎに罷り出る者共、詳細に吟味いたし、人別請人を相立て罷り出申し候。もっとも御年貢御役儀等滞りなきように仕るべく候御事
一、御公儀様より仰せ付けられ候御法度の儀は申すに及ばず、常々仰せ付けられ候御仕置きにおいて、先々相背き申すまじく候。この段堅く相守り候ように
英語訳
Regarding this pledge document that we respectfully submit:
Article 1: Concerning those who go out to other provinces for temporary work as stone cutters, we shall conduct detailed examinations and establish guarantors for each person before they depart. Furthermore, we shall ensure that annual tribute payments and official duties are fulfilled without delay.
Article 2: Regarding the prohibitions issued by the Honorable Shogunate, it goes without saying that we must comply, and we shall never violate the official regulations that are regularly proclaimed. We pledge to strictly observe these points.
