一 毎年六月十八日定日大祭執行之事
一 御神楽執行之節神主衆拾人神子
三人相集候事

一 太々料金 両神主方江寄進候事
但相頼候神主衆壱人に付謝礼金百疋
相贈候事
神子衆壱人金弐朱宛相給候事
右人数山宿為賄料金 相贈候事

取り決めを行う次第につき、よって記録のとおりとする
定め
一 毎年六月十八日を定日として大祭を執行すること
一 御神楽執行の節には神主衆十人、神子三人が集まること
【左丁】
ただし執行に際してはいい加減にすることなく、しっかりと行うこと
一 太々料金は両神主方へ寄進すること
ただし依頼した神主衆一人につき謝礼金百疋を贈ること
神子衆一人につき金二朱ずつを支給すること
右の人数の山宿での食事代として金を贈ること
