朝廷より仰せ出されたこともあるため、上下を分けることなく

下向の様子、右の者は決して
勅使をもってお差し向けになられたことではなく、全く無
頼の奸徒が幼稚な公達を欺き奪い出し奉ったことと
察します。右の無頼の者が当総督様の先鋒などと偽り
通行の道で金穀を貪り、その他いかようの狼藉が
あるやもしれず計り難いため、諸藩いずれもこの旨を
