先鋒総督がお下向されるにつき、通行
筋の用務を仰せ付けられ、ありがたく存じます。
これにつき宿場の取り扱い方について伺うため、郡奉行
の者を差し出しておりますが、なお用務処理について伺い
たく、何分にもご指図くださいますようお願いいたします。

王の心がけを専らにしておりますが、長らく病気で
心ならずも上京もできませんでしたが、盛んに療養して快復

おきくださいますようお願いいたします。

cated to serving the emperor, but due to prolonged illness, he was
unable to travel to Kyoto against his wishes. However, through intensive
treatment he has been recovering, so he departed Edo on the 20th of this
month and arrived the day before yesterday on the 24th, as he has reported.
Please take this matter into consideration as well.
