病気を重大事として扱えと教えられているので、最も心を配るべきことである。現代の病家も、粗末に思う者はいないけれども、その理由を知らないために、医薬を用いる正しい方法を失い、医者を頼むにも、多くは学問の良し悪しも問わず、ただ外見や振る舞いを見て名医と思い込み、あるいは人が来て「あの医者は誰々を治した、病状はこれと変わらない」と伝える、
