あそこ爰を聞おぼへ。早速（さつそく）衣服（いふく）を改て是を
業とし。或はたま〳〵学問（がくもん）にこゝろざすものは。
博（ひろ）きに走（わし）つてつゞまやかならず。或は待文章（しぶんしやう）を
著（あらは）して学医と見せかけ。専ら交（まじはり）をよくして

あちこちで聞きかじって覚え、早速衣服を改めてこれを

広範囲に手を出して簡潔でなく、あるいは待文章を
著して学医と見せかけ、もっぱら人との交際を良くして
貴人に近づき、ただ俸禄を求めることを務めとして
医学をおろそかにし、あげくの果てには儒書さえよく読めば
医書は読まなくても分かるなどと言って世を惑わす者が

多い。このような名医たちが集まって、それぞれの考えを
述べるので、かえって病家の迷いとなって損をすることが
多い。そのため古人も、談合薬を忌むことを諸書に載せ
ている。これはなぜかと言えば、下手な医者はろくに症状も見
定めず、急いで薬方を決めるので、間違いがあることを
恐れてである。だから昔の人が医者を選ぶには、まず
上手な医者を呼んで、よく容体を見せて医案を

They learn by picking up bits here and there, quickly change their clothing to make this
their profession. Some who happen to aspire to learning
spread themselves too widely and lack focus, or write pretentious texts
to appear as learned doctors, devoting themselves primarily to cultivating relationships
to approach nobles, making it their main duty to seek stipends while
neglecting medical studies. To make matters worse, some mislead the world by claiming
that if one reads Confucian texts well, one can understand medicine without reading medical books.

There are many such people. When these so-called renowned doctors gather and each expresses
their own opinions, it often becomes a source of confusion for patients' families, causing them loss.
Therefore, the ancients also recorded in various books their disapproval of consultation medicine.
This is because incompetent doctors do not properly examine
symptoms and hastily determine prescriptions, fearing there might be mistakes.
Thus, when people of old chose doctors, they would first
call a skilled doctor, have them thoroughly examine the patient's condition, and receive a medical opinion.
