儒医（じゆい）の類（たぐい）をさしての給ふ也。然れは貧医（まつしきいしゃ）

第五 薬を用る心得の事
古人曰。法不＿レ全則。無＿二以痊。言は。（ほうまつたからざるときはもつていへることなしといふこゝろ）。其／薬（くすり）法
のごとくにして用ひざれば。病は愈ぬといふ事

迚くみたての水を用べし。病により煎ずる水
にも色々かわり有れども。多くは井花水を用る

儒医の類を指しての言葉である。それゆえ貧しい医者にも良医がいることを知るべきである。特に近くの医者は、急な時に頼まなければならないものであるから、常々心がけて、学のある医者を敬い親しんでおくべきである。
