今時の人は。何角の費をいとふて。上手下手の

and claim they can cure all diseases with pills or pastes,
treating patients accordingly. This is most detestable. Indeed,
people differ in social status and age, illnesses vary in duration and severity, and the organs
have different sizes and lengths - everything differs. When the ancients
created prescriptions, there was the principle of "sovereign, minister, assistant, and envoy,"
with various adjustments depending on the illness, so with a single medicine
