滞（たい）を解するに。別術（べつしゆつ）にて移（うつ）しかゆる事も
有り。故に此／科（くわ）を立し也。しかれもも病家。心
こゝろにする事にはあらず。大方／脈（みやく）とて本

付る也。符祝なども其内也。世に本道を
上座にし。諸科を次坐にするも。いにしへの

治一／致（ち）して。大に益有る㕝也。此訳を知らず。

medical practice (internal medicine) oversees all specialties and assigns cases to
the appropriate specialty as needed. Talisman prayers are also among these. In society, placing the main practice in
the highest position and the various specialties in secondary positions is also an ancient
tradition. In today's world, there are no proper talisman practitioners, and all specialties

practice separate treatments, so when the main practice supplements, the acu-
puncture and moxibustion specialty performs purging methods, and treatments are constantly at
odds with each other. This often becomes harmful to patients instead. Acupuncture
and moxibustion, surgery, eye-ear-mouth-nose medicine, and talisman prayers should all necessarily receive
guidance from the main practice and be used in consultation. If done this way, treat-
ments will be unified and greatly beneficial. Not understanding this principle,
thinking that prayers can cure all diseases, physicians
