かねてより身をつゝしむは文の道やまふくすしは武士（ものゝふ）の業（わざ）
井花 あかつき汲井の水也
まず掬（すく）ふ暁（あかつき）わけるつゝ井づの井づゝの水は薬とぞなる
嚥唾（ゑんだ） つはの事也。
水上の唾（つは）をははかぬ玉の緒（を）はつゝきて老のひかり尽せぬ
摩面（まめん） かほをなでる事也
朝（あさ）毎にてすりあたゝめ目も面もなつればかへる老のさゞなみ
