朝おきて無き人見まひ吊（とむら）はゞ必少し酒のみてゆけ
忌偏（きへん） 物にかたよるをいむ也
老が身のよはきを救（すくふ）ふ薬せば水火ひとしくかげん有へし
名利（めうり） 名と利にふける也
利にふけりほまれをのそむ人は只吾（われ）から身をも心をもせむ
奢楽（しやらく） おごる事也
道わかで楽しむ人の行衛には命つゞまり来るわざわひ

婦痙（ふけい） 婦人のそりかえる病也
若きどち産後にはやく交りて血の道みだれ又そりもする

月の水有るにたへかね交ればしら血ながちのもとひとぞなる
月風（げつふう） けいこうの時風あたる也
月水のいさぎうよからぬそのほどの風はよろつのやまふとぞなる

弔喪（ちょうそう） 弔問に行くこと
朝起きて亡くなった人を見舞い弔問するならば、必ず少し酒を飲んでから行け
忌偏（きへん） 物事に偏ることを戒めること
老人の身体の弱さを救う薬があるならば、水火（陰陽）等しく加減があるべきである
名利（めいり） 名誉と利益に耽ること
利益に耽り名誉を望む人は、ただ自分から身体をも心をも責めるものである
奢楽（しゃらく） 贅沢に耽ること
道を知らずに楽しむ人の行く末には、命が縮まってくる災いがある

若い者同士が産後に早く房事をして、血の道が乱れ、また痙攣も起こす

月経があるのに耐えかねて房事をすれば、帯下の元凶となる
月風（げっぷう） 月経の時に風に当たること
月経が清潔でよくないその間に風に当たるのは、万病の元となる
