予幼より医（ゐ）を好み。聊（いさゝか）此道の旨趣（ししゆ）を翫（もてあそば）んと
おもひしが。漸頃（やう〳〵このごろ）及ざる事をさとれり。去れども
他の活計（すぎわい）なければ。止む事を得ず。医を業（げう）として。
口腹（こうふく）を艱（やしな）ふ便（たより）とす。素（もとより）おろかなる身の。君子（くんし）の
なすべき大／業（げう）をなせば。日（ひゞ）に過（あやま）つ事多く。そら
おそろしきおもひ。或時（あるとき）。 吾朝（わかてう）の医祖（いそ）。大己貴（おほあなむち）
