右之通村々献山仕候者江御下ケ渡被成下
難有仕合奉存候其旨村々名主江被　仰渡
奉畏候依之向後御厄介ケ間敷儀毛頭
仕間敷候為後日村々名主并献山仕候者御請
連印仕差上申処仍如件

現代語訳

右の通り村々献山いたし候者へ御下げ渡し成し下され、ありがたき仕合わせ存じ奉り候。その旨村々名主へ仰せ渡され、畏み奉り候。これにより向後御厄介となるべき儀、毛頭いたすまじく候。後日のため村々名主並びに献山いたし候者御請け連印いたし差し上げ申すところ、よってくだんのごとし。

英語訳

As written above, we are extremely grateful that [the government] has granted and transferred [these forest lands] to those from various villages who donated mountains. This matter has been communicated to the village headmen of each village, and we humbly acknowledge it. Accordingly, we will never cause any trouble [to the authorities] in the future. As a record for posterity, the village headmen and those who donated mountains hereby jointly sign and submit this acknowledgment. Therefore, it is as stated herein.
