▲こぶかち栗（ぐり）の事
昆布（こんぶ）は万の海草（かいそう）の中にはゞ
ひろく長（たけ）ながき事をもつて
祝義とす。かち栗（くり）は勝（かつ）といふ
言義を以て祝義とす。又とう
なんせいと云は仙家（せんか）にてひろい
て食（しよく）して七百 余歳（よさい）をふる。是
をもつていわゐとす。然共かつ
と云を《振り仮名：可＿レ用｜もちゆへく》なり
▲熨斗（のし）の事
伊弉諾（いさなき）伊弉䛅（いさなき）尊（みこと）【原文のまま】地（ぢ）
神（しん）五代 以来（このかた）の人のすがたはかた
は【かたい（図体）？】かつて腰（こし）ほそし。足（あし）ながく
してせい高（たか）し。其頃の人の姿（すがた）

なり。伊勢とは人 平（ひら）に丸力に
生ると云てはいと成。是御 神（しん）

七本ならはかち栗（ぐり）の数五つ。
又のしの数五本ならばかち栗
七つ。のし三本ならばかちぐりは

は口伝（くてん）是有。御三つ盃（さかつき）は右何
れも同心得たるべし

鯛盛海（たいもりうみ）是 男（おとこ）鱸盛川（すゝきもりかは）是
女。鳥山是男。松笠里是女。ほ
や盛満 塩（しを）是男。かつ【うつ？】盛川水
是女。けづり物ちり是 国土（こくと）を
表（へう）す。然共ちりを国土とは日
本斗也。されは国界士（こくかいし）。女めし
はこは飯（いひ）是男。此 食（めし）に帯（をひ）し三
筋（すち）有べし。男の食の帯は右へ
まはし。空へかいてさき下（しも）なる様

▲昆布勝ち栗の事
昆布は万の海草の中で幅広く丈長いことをもって祝義とする。勝ち栗は「勝つ」という言葉の意味を以って祝義とする。また唐南青と言うのは仙人の家で拾って食して七百余歳を経る。これをもって祝いとする。しかし「勝つ」と言うのを用いるべきである。
▲熨斗の事
伊弉諾・伊弉冉尊、地神五代以来の人の姿は体がかたく腰が細い。足が長くして背が高い。その頃の人の姿を真似て熨斗と名付けて、伊勢の国にこれを作る。これは神秘である。伊勢とは「人平らかに丸やかに生まる」と言って祝いと成る。これは御神

▲Regarding kelp and victory chestnuts
Kelp is considered auspicious because among all seaweeds, it is the broadest and longest. Victory chestnuts (kachi-guri) are considered auspicious because of the meaning of the word "katsu" (to win). Also, what is called "tōnansei" is gathered and eaten by immortals who live for over seven hundred years. This is made into a celebration. However, one should use the meaning of "katsu" (victory).
▲Regarding noshi (ceremonial gift ornament)
From the time of Izanagi and Izanami and the five generations of earthly deities, people had firm bodies with narrow waists, long legs, and tall stature.
