そひかはらけ有べし。御四方御三
方迄はざうにのきはにくみ合て

は三 度（と）入のかはらけをいか程もかは

式（しき）三 献（こん）七五 膳（ぜん）又は饗膳（きやうぜん）の
間（あいた）は白絵（はくゑ）のかた口の御銚子
にて参る。初献（しよこん）の御 雑煮（さうに）ゟ
金（きん）の両口の御銚子にて参る。
口を蝶（てふ）かたにをもてつゝむは一
づの口をかくさんためにあらず。
祝義（しうき）をもつて也。然りといへとも
禁中（きんちう）にてはつゝむ時代まれ也。

【頭書右】
添いの土器があるべきである。御四方御三方までは雑煮の際に組み合わせて参るべきである。足打ちにて雑煮を参るのは三度入りの土器をいくらでも変える。手に持って引くべし。御四方御三方の御添い土器は、大中の土器を御雑煮のそばに置くべきである。ただし同じ御座敷ならばこれ足打ちであっても同じ様にあるべきである。
▲銚子の事
式三献七五膳又は饗膳の間は白絵の片口の御銚子にて参る。初献の御雑煮から金の両口の御銚子にて参る。口を蝶形にもって包むのは一つの口を隠すためではない。祝儀をもってである。そうであるといっても禁中にては包む時代は稀である。

There should be accompanying earthenware cups. Up to the御四方 and 御三方, they should be combined and served during the zōni. When serving zōni with foot-beating, the triple-entry earthenware cups can be changed as many times as needed. They should be held in hand and drawn. The accompanying earthenware cups for御四方 and 御三方 should place large-medium earthenware cups beside the zōni. However, if it is the same sitting room, even with foot-beating, it should be done in the same manner.
▲Regarding Sake Vessels (Chōshi)
During the formal three-献, seven-five course, or banquet intervals, white-painted single-spout sake vessels are used. From the first献's zōni onward, golden double-spout sake vessels are used. Wrapping the spout in butterfly shape is not to hide one spout. It is for celebratory purposes. Even so, in the imperial court, the era of wrapping is rare.
