但へい地の口はつゝみ申也。昔は
いづれもかた口の御銚子なり。
其後より両口のてうしに
て参る也。武家（ふけ）はいづれもつゝみ
申也。禁中 公家（くけ）にてうしつゝ
まぬ事も近き事也。蝶酒（てふさけ）の
はじめ也。天竺（てんちく）まかた国に夫婦
の者有。此もの親に孝（かう）あり。
殊（こと）にひゞに御くうをそなゑ天
道（たう）をいのる。有時竹の林（はやし）のかけ
より鴬（うくひす）に似たる小鳥一つかひ
飛（とび）来り。御くうをくはへて竹
のきりよの中にたくはへけれは。
雨露（あめつゆ）和合（わかう）して酒に成けれ
共。人是をしらず。有時夫婦の
者竹の林の影（かけ）にやすらひ
けるに。蝶（てふ）共あまたとび来りて。
竹の林にみち〳〵たり。此もの共

During the formal three献 banquet intervals, it should be female butterfly style. From the first献 onward, it should be male butterfly style. Use white paper. If there is a costume change that night, only the sake vessel spouts should be changed to red plum paper. If the costume change is on the third day, double layers, and other incense stands should also be changed to red plum paper.
