石質は黒く柔らかで、柏の葉である。

先に後編に載せたとはいえ、また見聞をここに記録する。美濃国蜂屋の谷川辺村に医師がいる。当所の山にて拾い集めたといって、曲玉、神管石等数品を所蔵しているという。安永元年の秋、尾張国知多郡床鍋という所にて古代の壺を掘り出した。壺の中に曲玉二百余りがあった。いずれも細小で下品である。

Magatama (Curved Jewels) One
Although this was previously included in the latter volume, I record further observations here. In Tanigawabe Village in Hachiya, Mino Province, there is a physician. He claims to have collected items from the local mountains and possesses several varieties including magatama and shinkanseki (sacred tube stones) in his collection. In the autumn of the first year of An'ei era, an ancient jar was excavated at a place called Tokonabe in Chita District, Owari Province. Inside the jar were more than two hundred magatama. All were small and of inferior quality.
