の差し渡し二寸ばかりあり、甚だ稀なるものなり。当時弄石家の愛玩する上古の物にして、大和葛城山の麓弁天山坂口村にて掘り得たる事有り。同国法隆寺の近山又は同国金剛山の麓千早城の奥山又大峰山又多武峰又三輪の社地若宮の辺より稀に掘り出せりと。破欠けて全体なるものは いたって得がたし。この物他国に出たる事いまだ聞かず。然れども有る所にはあるべし。弄石家多しといえども、この物を蔵せるは京師石憐斎、和州藤門周斎、同州普賢院、浪華

The diameter is about two sun, making them extremely rare objects. These are ancient items cherished by stone collectors of the time, and there have been instances of them being excavated at Sakaguchi Village on Bentenyama at the foot of Mount Katsuragi in Yamato Province. They have been rarely excavated from the nearby mountains of Hōryū-ji Temple in the same province, or from the inner mountains of Chihaya Castle at the foot of Mount Kongō in the same province, or from Mount Ōmine, Tōnomine, and the vicinity of Wakamiya in the shrine grounds of Miwa. Those that are broken and chipped make complete specimens extremely difficult to obtain. I have not yet heard of these objects appearing in other provinces. However, they probably exist in some places. Although there are many stone collectors, those who possess these objects are Sekirensai of Kyoto, Fujmon Shūsai of Yamato Province, Fugen'in of the same province, and in Naniwa
