一大かた内より外へしらする物也食をおもふは胃中に
食つきたる事を内よりしらする也此時食するは
病に薬をのむかことし欲（よく）にて多食するゆへにとく
となる水ののみたきと思ふは内の熱する事を外へ

にあてらるゝものなりあつき物をこのむは内ひゆる故
なりゆめに河水なと見るは内 熱（ねつ）するゆへなりねか

火をねかふ道理なり高き所へのほるとゆめに見
るは上気なり高きよりおつると見るは気のしつむ
ゆへなり大小便なとのこゝかしこにありてむさき事を
ゆめに見或は又とりけたものなとのくされてはらわ

気つきて上達せすして我はらわたの間にわか心

ゆえに山椒を多食すれば眩暈がする。鹹（塩辛い味）を少し用いるのは腎を養う。多いのは腎の毒である。塩を好んで多食するのは腎が弱いゆえである。同類の力を借りようとするものである。しかしながら力の弱い人が人の手を掴んで我が力にしようとするようなものである。自分の力が弱くして大力の者に取り付けば、かえって引き倒されるようなものである。世の諺に「弱き家に強き嫁入り」とやらん。
一 大方、内から外へ知らせるものである。食を思うのは胃中に食べ物が尽きた事を内より知らせるのである。この時食するのは病に薬を飲むようなものである。欲によって多食するゆえに毒となる。水の飲みたいと思うのは内の熱する事を外へ
