techniques increase daily. The gentleman also teaches his method to each person individually, and they each obtain its benefits before departing. The gentleman thus came to think: "Now this technique brings such benefits to people, yet rather than applying it only in one region, it would be better to spread it throughout the realm." He therefore composed this book to make it public to the world. Ah! From now onward, if this technique is practiced, there will no longer be any difficult-to-treat diseases in the world, and even chronic ailments and stubborn illnesses should be cured before long.
