かは可重本国に馳帰り美濃の国にむかひて軍し
入道は徳川殿の御供として海道に攻上る関か原の
合戦終て後父子の功を賞せられて新恩の地を加へ

八十三歳慶長十二年八月十二日に卒す其所領の

の時美濃国郡上の城を攻落し父の入道卒して後
