【右丁】 起す先祖累代の伝領なれは郡上の郡下し賜らんには すみやかに八幡の城を攻とるへきよし金森法印につきて 関東に申す《割書:法印か子出雲守可重は|慶隆か聟なれは也》徳川殿本領安堵の御教書 をなされて法印か子息出雲守可重加勢の事承る夜を 日につきて馳のほる慶隆かもとに牒しあはせ終に八幡の 城を攻くたす程近けれはまつ此由を中納言殿のおはします 諏訪の御陣に告申す御消息給て速成の功を賞せらる 慶隆か一族にて聟也けるおなしき小八郎胤直か上方に 組せしをも終に攻ふせてこそ降してけれ徳川殿程なく 当国にせめ入たまひ赤坂に御陣をめされしかは慶隆御陣に 【左丁】 馳参て見参す《割書:御太刀御馬幷に土産等を献る関か原の|戦の時には後陣をかためしとなり》関か原軍 散して後御教書の旨にまかせ八幡の城賜てふたゝひ 累代の所領を安堵し《割書:二万五|千石》同九年叙爵して但馬守に なされ大坂の軍に馳むかひ戦て首六十八を切て献る 慶隆年つもりて八十二寛永九年三月廿一日卒す 其男長門守慶勝廿八歳にして元和元年父に先立て 卒す前飛騨国司姉小路大納言自綱卿の男三木 右近大夫直綱か子は慶隆か外孫なれは養て家つかす 但馬守慶利これ也慶利か子備前守常季常季か男 外記常春右衛門佐に任し従五位下に叙す

【右丁】 起こした。先祖累代の伝来の領地であるので、郡上の郡を下し賜わるならば、速やかに八幡の城を攻め取るべき旨を金森法印を通じて関東に申し上げた。《割書:法印の子出雲守可重は慶隆の婿であるため》徳川殿は本領安堵の御教書をなされて、法印の子息出雲守可重の加勢のことを承り、夜を日に継いで馳せ上る慶隆のもとに連絡を取り合い、ついに八幡の城を攻め落とした。程近いのでまずこの由を中納言殿のおられる諏訪の御陣に告げ申し上げると、御返事を賜わって速やかな功績を賞せられた。慶隆の一族で婿でもある同じ小八郎胤直が上方(西軍)に与していたのも、ついに攻めて降伏させた。徳川殿は程なく当国に攻め入られ、赤坂に御陣を敷かれたので、慶隆は御陣に 【左丁】 馳せ参じて拝謁した。《割書:御太刀・御馬並びに土産等を献上した。関ヶ原の戦いの時には後陣を固めたという》関ヶ原の軍が終わった後、御教書の旨に従って八幡の城を賜わり、再び累代の所領を安堵され、《割書:二万五千石》同九年に叙爵して但馬守になされ、大坂の軍に馳せ向かい戦って首六十八を切って献上した。慶隆は年を重ねて八十二歳、寛永九年三月二十一日に死去した。その男(子)長門守慶勝は二十八歳にして元和元年、父に先立って死去した。前飛騨国司姉小路大納言自綱卿の男(子)三木右近大夫直綱の子は慶隆の外孫であるので養子として家を継がせた。但馬守慶利がこれである。慶利の子備前守常季、常季の男(子)外記常春は右衛門佐に任じられ従五位下に叙せられた。

Since this was the hereditary domain of his ancestors for generations, he petitioned through Kanamori Hōin to the Kantō authorities that if the Gujō district were granted to him, he would swiftly capture Hachiman Castle.《marginal note: Hōin's son Izumo-no-kami Yoshishige was Yoshitaka's son-in-law》Lord Tokugawa issued a written guarantee for the security of his domain and approved the assistance of Hōin's son Izumo-no-kami Yoshishige. Working day and night, they coordinated with Yoshitaka who was advancing rapidly, and finally captured Hachiman Castle. Since it was nearby, he first reported this to Lord Chūnagon's camp at Suwa, received a reply, and was rewarded for his swift achievement. Even Kohachirō Tanenao, who was Yoshitaka's clansman and son-in-law but had joined the western forces, was ultimately attacked and forced to surrender. Lord Tokugawa soon invaded this province and established his camp at Akasaka, so Yoshitaka rushed to the camp 【Left page】 and had an audience with him. 《marginal note: He presented a ceremonial sword, horse, and local products as gifts. During the Battle of Sekigahara, he is said to have secured the rear guard》After the Sekigahara campaign ended, following the terms of the written guarantee, he was granted Hachiman Castle and once again had his hereditary domain confirmed. 《marginal note: 25,000 koku》In the same ninth year, he was ennobled and made Tajima-no-kami. He rushed to the Osaka campaign, fought, and presented sixty-eight severed heads. Yoshitaka lived to the age of eighty-two and died on the twenty-first day of the third month of Kan'ei 9 (1632). His son Nagato-no-kami Yoshikatsu died in Genna 1 (1615) at age twenty-eight, predeceasing his father. Since the son of Miki Ukon-dayū Naotuna, who was the son of the former Hida Governor Anekōji Dainagon Yoritsuna, was Yoshitaka's grandson through his daughter, he was adopted to continue the family line. This was Tajima-no-kami Yoshitoshi. Yoshitoshi's son Bizen-no-kami Tsunesue, and Tsunesue's son Geki Tsuneharu was appointed Uemon-no-suke and awarded the court rank of Jugoi-no-ge (Junior Fifth Rank Lower).
