うちにほめあげ奉れ然らば御慈悲を沢山にうけ奉るべしと爰をもて

なかれ速に走り立べき事専也早く初めたるほど勤むる事も安ければ

第二 臨終の時まで善に立上る事をさし
のべんとする人に対する理りの事
○右の理りは善に立上る道を指のぶる人の恥しめの為也此道をさしのぶる
人さへ大なる危さを受べきにをひては如何に況や最期まで閣く事如何程
の危き事とおもふや如此の迷ひ世に遍くして多くのあにまを亡すが故に
細に茲にことはるべし又此理り尤心弱き人の為には頼敷を失ふ危きの
端となるべきや否やと恠むといへ共最期まで此道を延べき人の危さを
思へば弥大事の題目なるがゆへに爰に顕さずんばあるべからず此理りを
以て如何程雅意に任せたる人なりといふとも信じ難しと云ざらんが
為にむかしと今の善人達記し置給ふ巻々幷に貴き経文の金言を
以てことはるべし
§一最期の真実の後悔に付て右への善人の教を顕す事
◦然に是を読べき人々の心を凝さんが為に＊さんあぐすちいによを初めと

うちに讃美申し上げよ。そうすれば御慈悲をたくさんお受け申し上げることであろう」と。ここをもって、どうか兄弟よ、今日神の御声を承るにおいては、明日と御返事を遅らせることなかれ。速やかに走り立つべきことが肝要である。早く始めるほど励むことも容易であるから、すぐに心を起こすべきである。
第二 臨終の時まで善に立ち上がることを延ばそうとする人に対する道理のこと
○右の道理は、善に立ち上がる道を延ばそうとする人への戒めのためである。この道を延ばそうとする人さえ大きな危険を受けるべきであるならば、どうして況んや最期まで延期することがどれほど危険なことと思うか。このような迷いが世に広く行き渡って多くの魂を失うが故に、詳しくここで論じるべきである。またこの道理は、最も心弱き人のためには頼みを失う危険の端となるべきか否かと疑う者もいるが、最期までこの道を延ばそうとする人の危険を思えば、いよいよ重大な題目であるが故に、ここに明かさずにはいられない。この道理をもって、どれほど我意に任せた人であっても信じ難いとは言わないために、昔と今の善人たちが記し置かれた巻々並びに貴い経文の金言をもって論じるべきである。
§一 最期の真実の後悔について右への善人の教えを明かすこと

If even those who postpone this path must face great danger, how much more dangerous do you think it is to defer it until one's final moment? Because such delusion is widespread in the world and causes many souls to perish, it must be discussed in detail here. Although some wonder whether this reasoning might become a source of danger that causes the most faint-hearted to lose hope, when we consider the danger facing those who would postpone this path until the end, it becomes an increasingly grave matter, and therefore it must be revealed here. So that even the most self-willed person cannot say this reasoning is hard to believe, it should be argued using the writings left by good people of past and present, as well as the golden words of precious scriptures.
