主御出世ありて其御威光を輝し給はん時至りてなし給ふべしと
兼て定め計ひ給ふ儀なれば曽て万民の上に当るべき道に非ず然るを
何れの人にも計ひ給ふべしと非道の頼みをかくる事は迷ひに沈み
果たる愚人にあらずや
世界国土の治りを見るに政道正しき例を引といへとも時に依ては法の
外なる赦しをなす事もあり是万民の上に当らず又常の憲法を
背きて抂て常ならぬ法を行ふといふべきにあらず ds 計ひ給ふゑけれ
じやの治めも又如此也それ尋常の法度といふはあぽうすとろ宣ふ
ごとく悪人の終りは行儀に随ひよき行儀は善の死するを伴ひあしき
生涯は悪き死するを致すと見えたり又善の勤めは永き命の道に至り
悪を作る族は終りなき苦患にしづむべし是尋常の道理也此等の道理
経文に具に顕れさるもにも唄ひ給ひぼろべろびよと云経にも是を教へ
あぽうすとろすも示し給ひゑはんぜりよの経中にも是を記し置給ふ
者也是則 ds の双びなき御威力と御慈悲にて在ませば面々の行儀に
随て御返報有べき者也所詮きりしたんの学問悉皆の道といふは是也此
儀を本として善人も悪人も平生の行儀に随て御返報あるべしと
心得よ然れども又常の道に漏て ds 御身の御威光の為に人に依ては

世界国土の治りを見るに、政道正しき例を引くといえども、時に依りては法の外なる赦しをなす事もあり。これ万民の上に当たらず、また常の憲法を背きて、ことさらに常ならぬ法を行うというべきにあらず。神の計らい給う「エクレジア」の治めもまた如此也。それ尋常の法度というは、「アポストロ」の宣うごとく、悪人の終りは行儀に随い、よき行儀は善の死を伴い、あしき生涯は悪き死を致すと見えたり。また善の勤めは永き命の道に至り、悪を作る族は終りなき苦患に沈むべし。これ尋常の道理也。
この等の道理、経文に具に顕れ、「サルモ」にも謳い給い、「プロベルビオ」という経にもこれを教え、「アポストロ」も示し給い、「エヴァンゼリオ」の経中にもこれを記し置き給う者也。これ則ち神の並びなき御威力と御慈悲にて在ませば、面々の行儀に随って御返報有るべき者也。所詮、キリシタンの学問悉皆の道というはこれ也。この儀を本として、善人も悪人も平生の行儀に随って御返報あるべしと心得よ。

When the Lord's advent comes and the time arrives for Him to manifest His divine glory, this was predetermined and planned by Him in advance, so it absolutely does not apply as a path for all people. Therefore, to place improper hope that He will make such arrangements for any person whatsoever—is this not the folly of those who have sunk completely into delusion?
When we look at the governance of the world's nations, although we may cite examples of righteous government, there are times when pardons are granted outside the law. This does not apply to all people, nor should it be said that this means going against the normal constitution and deliberately implementing extraordinary laws. The governance of the "Ecclesia" that God has arranged is also like this. The ordinary laws are, as the "Apostle" declares, that the end of evil people follows their conduct—good conduct accompanies a good death, and an evil life brings about an evil death. Moreover, good works lead to the path of eternal life, while those who commit evil shall sink into endless suffering. This is the ordinary principle.
These principles are fully revealed in scripture, sung in the "Psalms," taught in the scripture called "Proverbs," shown by the "Apostle," and recorded in the scriptures of the "Evangelio." Since these are God's incomparable divine power and mercy, there shall be recompense according to each person's conduct. In the end, this is what the complete doctrine of Christian learning means. Based on this principle, understand that both good and evil people shall receive recompense according to their ordinary conduct.
