患を観ずるを以て御憲法の緊しき事を恐れよ其ゆへは只一旦の
科をもて未来永々限りなき苦しみに沈む事如何計の愚漢とか思ふや
加之現在にをひてもいくばくの人か御憲法の道を遁れ得ずして忽ち
御罰の深きおち穴に沈みけるとおもふや誠に世界の有様を観ずるに
をひては日々夜々まのあたりに如此の御罰厳重なる事を弁ふべし是又
あげてかぞふべからずといへ共皆もて目前の境界なれば爰にのするに及
ばず ds の御光をあにまに輝き給ふ人々は此等の上を観じ給ひて深く恐れの
