頼敷心を与へ給ひて天狗の障碍に利運を開かせ給はんが為也然に御主
御出世なき以前の経文は皆以て其御約束ばかりをなし給ふ者也御出世
なされて後顕し給ふ経文は此深き御恩のみを挑げ欽め奉るべき為也
爰を以てきりしたんの教の所詮といふは此御恩より外はなし
尚此謂れを論じていはゞ善行を難しとする事何くより出るぞといふに
右に顕すごとく元祖あだんの科に依て妄りなる骨肉の悪き望みより
出ると心得よ是即あにまと敵対が故に善の為に第一の妨となる也然る
処に掛まくも忝なくも御主 Jxﾟ 彼骨肉の悪き望みを随ゆる為の力を
与へ給ひて悪心を退治し其代りとして新く直なる心を与へ給へば争か
善行の勤めを難しとすべき謂れあらんや是を指給ひて御主＊ゑぜき
ゑるぼろへたを以て宣く Et auferam cor lapideum de carne eorum, & dabo eiscor car-
neum, vit in præceptis meis ambulent. Ezech. 11. #1汝が石のごとくなる堅き心を退治し
其代りとして新しく柔かなる心を与へ力をそゆべし此新き心と其
力を以てわが掟を保ち善を勤むる様にすべしと宣ふ也
又御主＊いざいやすぽろぺたを以て宣くわれ汝ともにあれば恐るゝ事
なかれわれは汝が ds 也遠ざかる事なかれわれ汝に力をそへ強くなし汝を
拘ゆべし汝に対して戦ひたる者どもを尋ぬるといふとも見付べからず
現代語訳
頼もしき心を与え給いて、天狗（悪魔）の障害に利益を開かせ給わんが為なり。然るに御主の御出世なき以前の経文は皆もってその御約束ばかりをなし給う者なり。御出世なされて後に顕し給う経文は、この深き御恩のみを挙げ欽め奉るべき為なり。
ここをもってキリシタンの教えの所詮というは、この御恩より外はなし。
なおこの謂れを論じて言わば、善行を難しとすることは何処より出るぞというに、右に顕すごとく元祖アダムの罪に依って、妄りなる肉体の悪しき望みより出ると心得よ。これすなわち霊魂と敵対するが故に、善の為に第一の妨げとなるなり。然る処に、恐れ多くも畏くも御主イエス・キリストは、かの肉体の悪しき望みに随う為の力を与え給いて悪心を退治し、その代わりとして新しく正しき心を与え給えば、争か善行の勤めを難しとすべき謂れあらんや。
これを指し給いて御主エゼキエル預言者をもって宣く、「我、彼らの肉から石の心を取り除き、肉の心を彼らに与えん。我が戒めの内を歩まんがために。」（エゼキエル11章）汝が石のごとくなる堅き心を退治し、その代わりとして新しく柔らかなる心を与え、力を添うべし。この新しき心とその力をもって我が掟を保ち、善を勤める様にすべしと宣うなり。
また御主イザヤ預言者をもって宣く、「我汝と共にあれば恐るることなかれ。我は汝が神なり、遠ざかることなかれ。我汝に力を添え強くなし、汝を助くべし。汝に対して戦いたる者どもを尋ぬるといえども見つけべからず。」

He gives us a trustworthy heart to open benefits against the obstacles of demons. However, the scriptures before our Lord's incarnation all merely made those promises. The scriptures revealed after His incarnation are solely for the purpose of raising up and revering this profound grace.
Therefore, the essence of Christian teaching is nothing other than this grace.
Furthermore, to discuss this principle: from where does the difficulty of good deeds arise? As shown above, understand that it comes from the sinful desires of the flesh due to the sin of our ancestor Adam. This is the primary obstacle to good because it opposes the soul. However, our Lord Jesus Christ, in His awesome and fearful majesty, gives power to follow those evil desires of the flesh, conquers evil hearts, and in their place gives new and righteous hearts - so how could there be any reason to consider the practice of good deeds difficult?
Pointing to this, our Lord declares through the prophet Ezekiel: "And I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh, that they may walk in my precepts." (Ezekiel 11) He will conquer your heart that has become hard like stone, and in its place give you a new, soft heart and add strength to it. With this new heart and its power, you shall keep my commandments and practice good deeds.
Also, our Lord declares through the prophet Isaiah: "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you. Those who fight against you - even if sought - shall not be found."
