是を顕し給ひて御主わが光明と息災にて在ませば誰をか恐れ
をのゝくべき御主我命の御守りにて在ませば何者をか恐るべき敵の諸
軍勢われに対して陣を張り囲みをなし弓箭を起すといふとも御主に
頼みをかけ奉るべしと宣ふ也如此の御約束を聞ながら ds に仕へ奉るべき
心をおこさず臆病至極の族となり此御辞を信じ奉らぬにをひては
誠に本意を背きたる者たるべし縦ひ右の御約束ありといふ共汝是等の
御合力を空くしてわが方より其勤めを励まさざるにをひては御主より
終に御扶けの御功力を受奉るまじき者也と恐れよ
§三 ds の御大切は天の道を軽く勤め安くなし給ふといふ事
◦右条々の外に ds を思ひ奉る御大切より出る力は如何計強きぞといふ
事を観ぜよ去ば大切の精力の一ッといふは御掟の枷を甘くなし給ふ事也
＊さんとあぐすちいによ大切ある人の辛労は苦しき事なし却て悦びと
なると宣ふ也喩ば鵜鷹の翫び或は猟漁りの業のごとし又子を巣立る
母の辛労はよるひるの隔なしといへ共只大切の一事のみ也夫の病をいたはる
貞女は夜を日に継で辛労すといへども是又大切より外の事なし嗚呼
鳥獣の類まで子を巣立る大切の歎き真に深し親は己が食を忘れて
子に与へ敵を防ぐ為には身命をも惜まざる事是大切の所作にあらずや

これを顕し給いて「御主我が光明と息災にて在ませば誰をか恐れおののくべき。御主我が命の御守りにて在ませば何者をか恐るべき。敵の諸軍勢我に対して陣を張り囲みをなし弓矢を起こすというとも御主に頼みをかけ奉るべし」と宣う也。かくの如きの御約束を聞きながら神に仕え奉るべき心を起こさず臆病至極の輩となり、この御辞を信じ奉らぬにおいては誠に本意を背きたる者たるべし。縦い右の御約束ありというとも、汝これ等の御合力を空しくして我が方よりその勤めを励まさざるにおいては、御主より終に御助けの御功力を受け奉るまじき者なりと恐れよ。
第三節 神の御大切（御愛）は天の道を軽く勤め安くなし給うという事
○右条々の外に神を思い奉る御大切より出る力は如何計り強きぞという事を観ぜよ。さらば大切の精力の一つというは御掟の軛を甘くなし給う事なり。聖アウグスティヌスによれば大切ある人の辛労は苦しき事なし、却って悦びとなると宣う也。喩えば鵜飼いや鷹狩りの戯れ、或いは漁猟の業の如し。また子を巣立つる母の辛労は夜昼の隔てなしといえども、ただ大切の一事のみなり。夫の病をいたわる貞女は夜を日に継いで辛労すといえども、これまた大切より外の事なし。ああ、鳥獣の類まで子を巣立つる大切の歎き真に深し。親は己が食を忘れて子に与え、敵を防ぐ為には身命をも惜しまざる事、これ大切の所作にあらずや。
英語訳
David reveals this saying: "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? Though the enemy's armies array themselves against me, encircle me, and raise their bows and arrows, I shall place my trust in the Lord." Having heard such promises, if one does not raise the heart to serve God, becomes extremely cowardly, and does not believe these words, one would truly be one who betrays the original intention. Section 3: God's great love makes the heavenly path light and easy to practice
○Beyond the above matters, observe how strong is the power that comes from the great love of thinking of God. Now, one of the powers of love is that it makes the yoke of divine commandments sweet. According to Saint Augustine, the labors of one who has love are not painful, but rather become joy. For example, like the play of cormorant fishing or falconry, or the work of hunting and fishing. Also, the labor of a mother raising her young knows no distinction between night and day, yet it is only the one matter of love. A faithful woman caring for her husband's illness labors continuously day and night, but this too is nothing other than love. Ah, even among birds and beasts, the love's sorrow of raising young is truly deep. Parents forget their own food to give to their children, and do not spare even their own lives to protect against enemies - is this not the work of love?
