一、御領分中（ごりょうぶんじゅう）紺屋（こうや）藍瓶頭（あいがめがしら）帳面壱通、紺屋頭（こうやがしら）へ方へ例年の通り差し出し候につき、今日、十蔵殿へ差し出し、御一覧の以後、御達（おたっし）くだされ候様に申し上げ候。
