一、中曽倉村（なかそくらむら）の松茸山（まつたけやま）当人（とうにん）の義（ぎ）、差し出し候願いの通り承り届け候様、条左衛門殿より仰せ渡され候。これにより、郷方（ごうかた）へ■御沙汰（おさた）御座候様に差し出す事。
覚（おぼえ）
中曽倉村に差し置き申し候松茸山の番人（ばんにん）を、村方（むらかた）より相願い候につき、今年より高見村（たかみむら）に差し置き申し上げ候。この段、郷方（ごうかた）よりご沙汰（おさた）なされ候様、仕（つかまつ）りたく候。以上。

20th Day of the 7th Month Kyūemon
One item: Regarding the person [tōnin] responsible for the matsutake mushroom mountain [matsutake-yama] in Nakasokura Village, Lord Jōzaemon has conveyed the instruction that the petition [submitted] is to be accepted as presented. Accordingly, this matter is to be submitted so that the rural affairs office [gōkata] may issue the appropriate directive [o-sata]. ■

Concerning the guardian/warden [bannin] of the matsutake mushroom mountain that has been assigned to Nakasokura Village: as the village community [murakata] has submitted a petition regarding this matter, [we] hereby report that from this year [the warden] shall be assigned instead to Takami Village. We humbly request that the rural affairs office [gōkata] issue a formal directive [o-sata] regarding this matter. Respectfully submitted.
