当県本年乙第八十号布達の通り
本月六月三十日限りで正副戸長以下を解職
するについては、別紙事務受渡心得書に
照らし合わせて期限に遅滞なく受渡しを行うこと。
この旨を通達します。

According to this prefecture's proclamation No. 80 Otsu of this year,
the head and deputy village heads and below will be dismissed
as of June 30 of this month. In accordance with this,
please conduct the handover without delay according to the
attached "Guidelines for Administrative Handover."
We hereby notify you of this matter.
