私こと、去る明治9年7月15日に東京京橋区竹川町1番地の内外用達会社と同盟契約を結び、当国上諏訪の同社代理店より運輸係の契約を行い、当村において開業いたしました。その際、上諏訪代理店より届け出が済んでおり、これまで運送業務を行ってまいりました。今回、右の手続きによってさらに各種荷物の運輸取扱いを行いたく、別紙書類の写しを添えて、この件についてご許可いただきたくお願い申し上げます。以上
