本月十一日より来九月十日迄諸官員暑中
休暇賜候旨御達相成候ニ就而ハ右日限中
郡長及書記事務之都合ヲ以日数十五日
以内休暇候も不苦此旨相達候事
但休暇中旅行不苦候得共其行先
届出候ヘク尤旅行セサルモノモ休暇日限
之義ハ届出候義ト心得へシ

今月十一日から来る九月十日まで諸官員に暑中
休暇を与える旨の通達がありましたので、右期間中
郡長及び書記は事務の都合により十五日
以内の休暇を取ることは差し支えありません。この旨お知らせします。
ただし休暇中の旅行は差し支えありませんが、その行き先を
届け出ること。なお旅行しない者も休暇期間
については届け出るものと心得なさい。

County Office
From the 11th of this month until September 10th, all government officials shall be
granted summer vacation as notified. Regarding this, during the said period,
the County Chief and secretaries may take vacation within fifteen days
according to the convenience of official duties. We hereby notify you of this matter.
However, although travel during vacation is permitted, the destination
must be reported. Furthermore, even those who do not travel must also
report their vacation period.
