右の通り、公儀の御書付につき候間、町中へ相触れるべく候。
九月
陰陽道職業の義につき、土御門家の役人中が改めのため廻村致す由につき、右役人中が罷り越し候はば、名前等をお知らせ申し出べく候。尤も取扱いの向き、心付け申すべく候。且つ又、右の職業をこれまで致し候者は、名前を取り調べ差し出し申すべく候。

As stated above, since this is an official notice (o-kakitsuke) from the public authorities (kōgi), it is to be circulated throughout the town.
Ninth month
Regarding the matter of those practicing onmyōdō: it has been communicated that officials of the Tsuchimikado family will be making rounds for the purpose of inspection. Should said officials visit, [you] are to report their names and other particulars [to the authorities]. Furthermore, [you] should exercise due care in handling this matter. Additionally, those who have hitherto engaged in said practice are to have their names investigated and submitted [to the authorities].
