Regarding the aforementioned confiscated land, it was verbally communicated that it should be entrusted to the town representative (machidai).

As the Ōmiya御所 (the Grand Imperial Palace) is to be newly constructed, regarding the expenses for said construction works: while the precedent had been to order assistance from those holding domains of 10,000 koku or more, on this occasion the assessment (kokueki-wari) has been ordered upon the Goryōsho (directly administered Shogunal lands), as well as upon the territories of various daimyo, and upon temple and shrine lands.
