【右丁】
御代官お預け所・私領については、領主が取り立てて納める方法については、御所御用取扱の大久保主膳正・星野豊後守へ相談の上、当卯年中に上納されるべきこと。
但し、寺社領については、最寄りの御代官へ納めても差し支えない。
右の趣旨を、御料・私領・寺社領いずれも漏れなく触れ知らしめるべきこと。

【Right folio】
Regarding the Goryōsho (Shogunal lands under the administration of a daikan/magistrate) and private domains (shiryō): as for the method of collection and payment by the domain lords, they should consult with Ōkubo Shōzenno-shō and Hoshino Bungo-no-kami, the officials in charge of Imperial Palace affairs, and make payment within the current year of U (卯, the Year of the Rabbit).
However, regarding temple and shrine lands: it is also acceptable to make payment to the nearest daikan (magistrate).
The foregoing should be communicated, without omission, to all Goryōsho, private domains, and temple and shrine lands alike.
The above is to be duly circulated and communicated.
