【右丁】
威徳院様の十三回忌御法事が、来る十日の夕方より十二日まで、■■寺にて執り行われます。つきましては、家業以外での殺生はもちろんのこと、鳴り物・高声をお慎みいただき、火の元には一層ご注意くださるようお願いいたします。
ただし、普請（建築・土木工事）については遠慮には及びません。
右につき、町中の自身番は、昨十日より十二日の御法事が済むまで勤めること。とりわけ夜中の自身番の担当者は、一層念を入れて勤めること。
高砂町橋より■■寺門前まで、道の掃除を申し付けること。
以上の趣旨を町中へ触れ知らせるものである。

The thirteenth memorial service (thirteenth-year death anniversary) for Lord Itoku-in will be held at ■■-ji Temple from the evening of the tenth day of this month through the twelfth day. In connection with this, outside of one's regular trade and livelihood, killing of living creatures (sesshō) is naturally prohibited; furthermore, the playing of musical instruments and raising of voices shall be refrained from, and extra care shall be taken regarding fire prevention.
Note: Construction and repair work (fushin) need not be suspended out of deference.
In accordance with the above, the self-guarding watch (jishinban) throughout the town shall perform their duties from yesterday, the tenth, until the memorial service concludes on the twelfth. In particular, those on night-watch duty shall carry out their service with especial diligence.
The road from Takasago-machi Bridge to the front gate of ■■-ji Temple is to be ordered swept and cleaned.
The above is hereby proclaimed throughout the town.
