（前頁より続き）仰せ出された。ついては、脇往還（脇街道）についても、来る辰年（慶応三年・1867年）正月より同様に六割五分増しで受け取るべき旨、御奉行所よりお達しがあったので、その旨をよく承知しておくべきである。なお、追って高札の書き替えを行い渡す予定であるから、問屋は心得のため書付を渡しておく。よって、心得違いのないようにすること。

Furthermore, with regard to the branch highways (waki ōkan), effective from the First Month of the coming year of Tatsu (1867), the same increase of sixty-five percent above the base fee shall likewise be collected; as this has been officially notified by the Magistrate's Office (Gobugyo-sho), the matter should be thoroughly understood. In addition, as the notice boards (kōsatsu) will be rewritten and distributed at a later date, this written notice is hereby issued to the transport agents (toiya) for their awareness. Accordingly, there must be no misunderstanding in this matter.
