【左丁】
御年頭の節（時）、町年寄に引き続き、宮下平兵衛と同様に出向いて御礼を申し上げること。
一、満光寺において御法事がある際、拝礼の節も右（上記）と同断（同様）のこと。
一、諸願等についても、これまでの口頭による町代（町の代理人）を通じた手続きを改め、今後は町年寄が取り扱うこと。
一、五節句等において上方（上位の役所・役人）への御礼のために出向く際には、町年寄と同様に、一人で立って（代表として）勤めること。

【Left folio】
At the time of the New Year's greetings, [the person in question] shall appear following the Town Elder (machidoshiyori), in the same manner as Miyashita Heibei, and offer formal greetings.
Item: When a memorial Buddhist service is held at Mankōji Temple, the same procedure as described above shall be followed at the time of offering obeisance.
Item: Regarding various petitions and requests, the previous practice of handling these verbally through town representatives (machidai) shall be discontinued; henceforth, the Town Elder shall handle such matters.
Item: On occasions such as the Five Seasonal Festivals, when appearing before superiors (upper authorities) to offer formal greetings, [the person] shall serve as a single representative, in the same manner as the Town Elder.
