早速御聞届被成則郡代中江も掛合之上双方より呼出之義

一 板山村地所引替之願村役人連印今日差出刻則入御覧

時節村方差支可有之候間差支無之時節双方より見分

届け出を申し聞きました。もっとも下牧村の去春の代木渡しの分は今度相渡しましたが、大田切御林については
都合が悪く見分を行わなかった旨、これもまた申し聞きました。
二十日
一 猪子入御林年延願書について、両高見村・本曽倉村・中曽村の四ヶ村の
役人連印で、願主は下高見村十左衛門。右願書を御覧に入れて伺いを立てた処、
早速お聞き届けになり、すぐに郡代中へも掛け合いの上、双方より呼び出しの義について
杉左衛門方へ沙汰がありました。
一 板山村地所引替の願いについて、村役人連印で今日差し出し、すぐに御覧に入れ、
お聞き届けになりました。郡代中よりも掛け合いがあった処、この節は開作の
時節で村方に差し支えがあるでしょうから、差し支えのない時節に双方より見分に
差し出すよう相談がありました。もちろん見分が済んで子細がなければその節

双方掛け合いの上で願いが済んだことを申し渡し、村方より一札を取り置くよう相談しておきました。
一 平野屋儀兵衛・綿屋義兵衛の杣名前書を差し出し、受け取り置きました。以下の通りです。

松本領上波多村杣房右衛門 飛州新吾村杣太郎兵衛
〆五人の書上げがありました。
右両人の者が三峯川入中山西之谷通岳下まで小白木増山願書を
差し出し、請け取り置きました。
二十二日
一 鉾持村菅澤御林下草願いがあり、義右衛門が見分のため出向いた旨を届け出て申し
聞きました。
一 藤兵衛の病気が快復し、明日より出勤する旨の案内がありました。

The report was submitted and heard. However, regarding the substitute timber delivery from Shimomaki Village last spring, while this delivery was completed, the inspection of Otakiri Forest
was not conducted due to inconvenient circumstances, which was also reported.
20th day
1. Regarding the petition for extension of Inoko-iri Forest [logging rights], from four villages: Ryotakami Village, Motosokura Village, and Nakaso Village,
with joint seals of village officials, the petitioner being Jusaemon from Shimotakami Village. When this petition was submitted for examination and inquiry,
it was immediately approved, and after consultation with the district magistrate, instructions were given to Sugisaemon's office regarding summoning both parties.
1. Regarding the petition for land exchange in Itayama Village, submitted today with joint seals of village officials, it was immediately examined and
approved. There was also consultation from the district magistrate, but since this is the season for land development
and there would be interference with village affairs, it was arranged that both parties would submit for inspection when there is no interference.
Of course, if the inspection is completed without issues, then at that time

after consultation between both parties, the completion of the petition would be announced and it was arranged to obtain a written pledge from the village.
1. Name registers of woodcutters from Hiranoya Gizaemon and Wataya Gizaemon were submitted and received. As follows:
Kiso Nagawa, head woodcutter Jisuke; same location, woodcutter Heishichi; same location, woodcutter Izaemon
Matsumoto domain, Kamihata Village, woodcutter Fusaemon; Hishu Shingo Village, woodcutter Tarozaemon
Total of five people listed.
These two persons submitted a petition for small timber mountain expansion up to the base of the peak through Nakayama Nishi-no-tani in Mitsumune River area,
which was received and kept.
22nd day
1. Regarding the petition for undergrowth [collection rights] in Hokoji Village Sugasawa Forest, it was reported that Gizaemon went for inspection.
1. Notice was received that Tōbei's illness has recovered and he will return to work from tomorrow.
