一 右いこ入残木を高見村の者が引き受けた所、当酉年にて山揚げを行うべき処、この以後三ヶ年伐取を願いたい由を申し聞いた。定めて御役筋へも願いを差し出すべき段を十郎兵衛殿が申し聞かされた。

一 尾州領木曽薮原宿久治郎と申す者が黒河入大久保谷にて枯木取りをしたい段について、黒河内村役人連印、黒河内善右衛門奥書きの

願書を差し出し、並びに同宿白木屋弥助と申す者が黒河入戸台山之内について相願いしたい由につき、願書二通、名前書一冊を差し出し、御用番入り覧して相伺い置いた処、去年中の通り御聞き置きになられた由にて願書を御戻しになられた。則ち願い済みとして黒河内善右衛門方へ申し渡すよう沙汰に及んだ。帳面名前は左の通り：
願主弥助、杣粂吉、願主久治郎、杣忠左衛門 人数四人
一 義右衛門が明日下牧村中越村へ普請木道具渡し並びに大田切御林見分のため出向く旨を届け出て申し聞いた。

一 羽右衛門、良蔵が御薪勝間河原弁才天両渡場まで刈り取りを済ませて帰着した段を届け出て申し聞いた。

1. Regarding the remaining timber from the above transaction that the people of Takami Village undertook, while mountain clearing should be conducted in the current year of the Rooster, they requested to cut timber for the next three years. Jūrobei-sama reported that they should definitely submit a petition to the officials.
15th day
1. A person named Kyūjirō from Yabuharajuku in the Owari domain's Kiso region wished to collect dead wood at Kurokawa-iri Ōkubo Valley. The petition with joint seals from Kurokawa-uchi village officials and endorsed by Kurokawa-uchi Zen'emon was

submitted, and similarly a person named Yasuke from Shirakiya inn requested permission for Kurokawa-iri Todaiyama area. Two petitions and one name register were submitted and reviewed by the duty officer. As it was approved in the same manner as last year, the petitions were returned. The petition was thus approved and instructions were given to notify Kurokawa-uchi Zen'emon's side. The ledger names are as follows:
Petitioner Yasuke, woodcutter Kumekichi, petitioner Kyūjirō, woodcutter Chūzaemon - 4 people total
1. It was reported that Giyemon will go tomorrow to Shimomaki Village and Nakakoshi Village to deliver construction tools and inspect Ōtagiri forest.

1. It was reported that Uemon and Ryōzō completed cutting at the firewood areas from Katsuma Kawara to both ferry crossings at Benzaiten and returned.

1. Giyemon completed the tool delivery at Shimomaki Village and Nakakoshi Village and returned last evening...
