　茶-甌色-黄￣ナリ。《割書：無＿二白-｜地￣ノ者＿一》描￣カク＿二青-緑花-草￣ヲ＿一。云￣フハ＿レ出￣ツト＿二土-噶-喇￣ニ＿一。其￣ノ質少￣シ麤￣ナリ。
　無＿レ花。但作￣ス＿二氷-紋￣ヲ＿一者￣ハ出￣ツ＿二大-島￣ニ＿一。
　甌-上造￣リ＿二 一-小-木-蓋￣ヲ＿一。朱-黒￣ニ 漆（ヌル）＿レ之￣ヲ。下作＿二空-心￣ノ托子￣ヲ＿一。製-作頗

現代語訳

大小の組み枕。中に数具を収納している。客が来ると、それぞれの人に一つずつ枕を授ける。

　　茶碗　《茶托　　茶帚》
茶碗は黄色である。《白地のものはない》青緑の花草を描いている。土噶喇から出ると言われている。その質は少し粗い。
花模様がなく、ただ氷紋を作ったものは大島から出る。
茶碗の上に小さな木の蓋を作る。朱色や黒色に漆を塗る。下には空洞の托子を作る。製作は頗る巧妙である。
茶碗はかなり大きい。茶を注ぐのは二、三分程度にとどめる。菓子の小さな塊を匙の内に貯えて用いる。これは
中国の献茶の法を学んだものである。国中で茶を煎れる法について言うと、茶末を細粉に混ぜ、少し
許りを碗に入れる。沸騰した湯を半碗ほど注ぐ。小さな竹帚を用いて数十回攪拌する。泡を立てて茶碗の表面に満たすのを
適度とする。これで客をもてなすのである。

Large and small nested pillows. Several pieces are stored inside. When guests arrive, each person is given one pillow.

The tea bowls are yellow in color.《There are no white ones》 They are decorated with blue-green floral patterns. They are said to come from Tokara. Their quality is somewhat coarse.
Those without floral patterns but with ice crack patterns come from Oshima.
A small wooden lid is made for the top of the tea bowl. It is lacquered in vermillion or black. Below, a hollow saucer is made. The craftsmanship is quite skillful.
The tea bowls are quite large. When pouring tea, it is filled only two or three parts full. Small pieces of confection are stored in a spoon for use. This
follows the Chinese method of tea presentation. Regarding the method of brewing tea in the country, tea powder is mixed into fine powder, and a small
amount is placed in the bowl. Half a bowl of boiling water is added. Using a small bamboo whisk, it is stirred dozens of times. Raising foam to fill the surface of the tea bowl is considered
proper. This is how guests are entertained.
