一他国出石切旅稼ニ罷出候者
共組切銘細吟味仕人別
請人相立罷出申候尤御
年貢御役儀等無滞

差し上げ申す一札の事
一、他国出稼ぎの石切り職人として出稼ぎに出る者については、それぞれの組で身元を詳しく吟味し、人別帳に記載して保証人を立てて出稼ぎに出させます。もちろん年貢や役儀などに滞りのないようにいたします。
一、幕府から仰せ付けられる法度については申すまでもなく、日頃から仰せ付けられている御仕置きについても、出稼ぎ先で違反することのないよう、この点をしっかりと守るように仰せ付けられ、その旨承知いたしております。
一、この者たちについては、出稼ぎ先での定宿などを脇書に記載している通りでございます。年末になっても帰郷しない者がいる場合は、保証人並びに五人組が早急にご報告

A pledge document submitted
Item 1: Regarding those who go to work in other provinces as stone cutters for seasonal labor, each group shall thoroughly examine their backgrounds, record them in the population register, establish guarantors, and send them out to work. Of course, we shall ensure there are no delays in tax payments or official duties.
Item 2: As for the laws decreed by the shogunate, it goes without saying, and regarding the administrative orders that have been regularly issued, we have been instructed to ensure that these points are strictly observed so that there will be no violations at their work destinations, and we acknowledge this directive.
Item 3: Regarding these individuals, their designated lodgings at their work destinations are recorded in the side notes as indicated. If there are any who do not return home by year's end, the guarantors and the five-person groups shall promptly report
