from Kumano Gongen,

to make a pilgrimage.
When she pleaded with her parents,

so he assigned two maidservants
and a hereditary
retainer,
Mukadeyama
Tsubaemon,
to accompany her
on pilgrimage
to Kumano.

spent the night there.

and dozed fitfully.

encountered Anchin and

depart immediately,
secretly
stole the sacred jewel
of Riryō
and kept it
hidden in her bosom.
