狐の安珍が翁に追い詰められ、
道祖神の稲村の
陰に隠れる。
血潮の穢れにて
女は清くなり水気を
発する。
そこへ
百足山つば右衛門が
やって来て立ち
待ち、大日
坊を刺し
殺す。
大日坊は
殺されながらも、
玉を
稲村の中へ
隠す。
お清が一念、蛇身と
なり、大日坊は
竜神の姿を
現し、道にて
出会い、互いに
愛憎争う。
竜と蛇の
大立廻り、一節
面白く
ない
事である。
竜は不覚で、ゆえに
ついに虚しくなる。
蛇体は狐の
隠れた
稲村を
乱し
と？纏い
纏う。

Though the Great Sun Priest

Inamura.
Okiyo's obsession transforms her into
a serpent, while the Great Sun Priest
reveals his form as a
dragon god, and they meet
on the road, struggling
with mutual love and hatred.
The great battle scene between
dragon and serpent is, for one act,
not very
interesting
at all.
The dragon is caught off guard, and thus
finally perishes.
The serpent body disturbs
the Inamura where
the fox
hid, and
coils around it
repeatedly.
