現代語訳
さて、その間に、してかぐの（？）鐘という文句も済み、御定式の場所にて、女の故は入るごとく、七人一度に釣鐘の内へ飛ぶよと見えしが、引きかついでぞ失せにける。
和尚をはじめ、同宿あまた、千例の通り祈り祈られ、つかねと此の鐘響きて引かねど、此の鐘起こるぞと見えしが、顔となく修羅に引き上がったり。
あれとよ、化け物は現れたり。
謹んで請う東方、青龍清浄〳〵〳〵〳〵〳〵
その中にも、田舎娘は後先も知らぬ事に当惑して、ひょんなしや、鯛の巻添えに、愛好会、先に立たず野守（？）

Now, in the meantime, the phrase about the "shitekagu bell" was completed, and at the customary place, as if the women were entering, all seven at once appeared to leap into the temple bell, but pulling and carrying, they vanished.
The head priest and many fellow monks, following the usual thousand rituals, prayed and were prayed for. Though the bell resonated and could not be pulled, it seemed the bell would rise up, and faceless, it was drawn up into the world of asura (demons).
Behold! The supernatural beings have appeared!
Humbly requesting the East, Azure Dragon, pure and clean...
