舞んとて獅子虎殿（ししとらでん）にて舞楽（ぶがく）【異体字表記：獅子乕殿】
を奏（さう）すこれを号（なづけ）て七身繁魂（しちみはんごん）
丹（たん）といふ其 薬味（やくみ）と申は

那須野（なすの）がはらの痛（いたみ）にも利（き）かず又
鐘入（かねいり）七人 化粧（けせう）とは申せども鉄漿（おはぐろ）
ふしの代（かはり）にもならず白粉（おしろい）の役（やく）をも
勤（つと）めず繻子（しゆす）の袴（はかま）のひだとるよりも
取合（とりあ）はぬ役衆（はくしゆ）をとりあつめ真那（まな）
現代語訳
舞おうとして獅子虎殿にて舞楽を奏する。これを名付けて七身繁魂丹という。その薬味と申すのは
乱柏子（一匁）、牡丹婦（七分）、鷺娘（五分）、
田舎娘（三分）、売葱（五分）、葛葉（五分）、
竜女（三分）（小蛇一片を入鐘の湯にて煎じ用いる）
これは蝶々やこちょうの薬でもなく、
那須野が原の痛みにも効かず、また
鐘入七人化粧とは申せども鉄漿
付しの代わりにもならず白粉の役をも
務めず、繻子の袴の襞を取るよりも

Intending to dance, they perform bugaku (court music and dance) at the Shishitora-den (Lion-Tiger Hall). This is called "Shichimi Hangon-tan" (Seven-Body Prosperity Elixir). Its medicinal ingredients are:
Ran-byakushi (1 monme), Botan-fu (7 bu), Rojo (5 bu),
Inaka-musume (3 bu), Bai-nin (5 bu), Katsuyou (5 bu),
Ryunyo (3 bu) (with one piece of small snake, brewed in the hot water of iri-gane bell)
This is neither a medicine for butterflies,
nor does it cure the pain of Nasuno-ga-hara, and although
it is called "Seven Actors' Makeup with Bell,"
it serves neither as a substitute for tooth-blackening
nor fulfills the role of white powder,
